My sisters and I threw our dad a big party for his 75th birthday. At the time, we didn’t get him a gift. Instead, we said we’d get small gifts for him each month. This month (November), I said I would send him cookies. I found your website online and loved your story! It’s always an unexpected treat when his gift arrives and he was so happy! This was a terrific experience all around. I placed my order online only to realize I didn't include my note...I called up and the person that answered said No problem, he asked what I wanted to say and included the note. Operation Cookies is an amazing small business! Outside of the cookies being delicious, their owners are always available to answer questions and go above and beyond to make sure your order arrives ASAP.

In regards to taste, I have had the chocolate chip and have sent multiple orders (and types) as gifts. I will only continue to send more because they are a phenomenal gift that everyone has appreciated with glowing feedback, my friends still bring them up as a topic months after having ate them.

I am so happy that my friend/mentor shared them with me on a whim, and to be able to share them with my family and friends throughout the USA.

My 88 yr old mother has dementia, high cholesterol, high sugar, high blood pressure and heart disease. COVID restrictions prevented visits and, if it was possible, she declined further. Twice we received a call from the home advising us that she was refusing to eat. At age 88 and weighing 85 pounds we successfully lobbied to have her diet restrictions removed. We are not allowed to bring her home cooked meals but can send anything from any restaurant as long as it arrives via delivery service. I’ve been sending fast food, soda, Italian food - you name it. I had been looking for a way to send sweets when I came across your website. I was able to see her today. Briefly and from a distance. I tried to engage her in conversation but was only getting one word answers. Then her aide told me to ask her about the cookies. I asked and my mother’s face lit up. For the first time in over a year my mother spoke to me. She said “I liked those cookies, those were good cookies!” It was amazing to hear her voice and see her express happiness. I am so grateful to this company for helping me bring a small dose of “normal” and happiness to my elderly mother. When I finish this review I will be ordering more.

I am a cookie snob, I will admit it. I love a chewy, slightly undercooked cookie with the exact amount of mix in to get the perfect flavor to complement the delicious dough. We were given a gift of cookies and buckeyes for Christmas from good friends. They were wonderful and delicious! I liked the Buckeyes so much, I just ordered a dozen for myself. They arrived quickly in perfect condition. The buckeyes are enormous, with creamy and smooth peanut butter filling and a really thick layer of chocolate draped over it. What a special treat!
